To start a session in you need to have the OTP assigned specifically for that session.

Once the customer visited your centre and enquires about his/her booking, You can ask about the OTP.

To start a session:

Dashboard -> Sessions ->Upcoming sessions -> Find the booking in the name of customer ->Click on 'Start' -> Enter the OTP and -> Click on 'Submit'
